-5 ea 1 arm snatches 30#/20#
-7 push ups
-9 pvc good mornings


Skill/focus:  Deadlift
2-3 sets to build load

Workout: 
Deadlift 3. 3. 3
and then. . .

10 deadlifts 275#/185#
30 split jumps (15 ea)
400 m run
3 RFT
Post 3rm and time for score
