CrossFit Regional Workout 6
Warm up: 800 m run, 3 x 5 of
-kte, manmakers 20#/10#
Workout:
row 20 cal
30 burpees
40 db g20 45#/35# (db's must touch ground)
50 toes to bar
100 oh walking lunges 45#/25# (trail leg must touch ground)
150 m shuttle sprint
for time
