10 pull ups
20 swings 55#/35#
30 sit ups
40 double unders
5 RFT
Deadly 13: 13 deadlifts @ 95 lbs / 13 burpees 3 RFT
Birthday Beast Finisher: 1oo ft vc, 9 burpulls, 9 box jumps, 8 manmakers
I know, we now do our CF group birthdays on the first Saturday of every month but this is a special scenario. Ty has been training one on one with us for over 2 years now and the gains he has made in strength, power, speed, agility, coordination etc. . .and overall improved athletic performance in baseball, football and hockey are just short of amazing. And, he's only 13!! Sad thing is he's moving to Chicago, no he hasn't been drafted just yet but his family is relocating and they're taking him with them. Well Ty, we're going to miss you very much--keep us posted as you take the Chicago sports world by storm. . .
