RAIN OR SHINE

Warm up:  1 min jumprope, 30 s of squats/push ups/sit ups/lunges/back ext,
1 min jumprope

WOD:

Teams of 2

AMRAP in 6  min
10 flying burpees/in-out tire jumps
Rest 2 min

AMRAP in 6 min
10 bean bag shuttle/plank hold (straight arms)
Rest 2 min

AMRAP in 6 min
200 m oh run 20#/15#/ butterfly sit ups
Rest 2 min

AMRAP in 6 min
10 DB thruster 30-40#/20-25#/swings 53#/35#

One partner performs the required # of reps with the other doing as many reps as possible of exercise #2.  That is one round; switch and repeat for duration.   Partners must both work or both rest.
Score is total rds completed as a team.
