Team Wrap Up

Warm up:  400 m oh run 20#/10#
3x:  5 push ups, 5 pull ups, 10 squats

Workout:
2 person team
100 ball slams
150 pullups
200 wall balls
250 sit ups
The work can be divided anyway possible but only 1 person can work at a time.
If odd #, do teams of 3, adjust reps and 2 can work at a time.
