Workout:
Power Clean 5 x 3
rest 2-3 min btwn sets


6 x 200 m sprints (am)
6 x 250 m row (pm rain)
rest exactly 2 min between efforts
Post 3 rm and fastest 200 or 250 for score for score

Kate's sprint made it to the Leader Board with a 49.2 250 m row.  And so did Vic's at 44.6. Summer's sprint was 52.8 for 250m! Dan's 200 m was 27 s. Nicky's 3 rm pc was 145 lbs!  Shout outs to all the other Beasts & She Beasts on their pr's today.  Awesome job everyone, I appaud your consistent efforts!
