It Ain't Squat
Warm up: 2 x 10 of pvc ohs, h to f mtn climbers, lateral reaching lunges
Skill/focus: Back Squat
2 x 5, 1 x 3, 1 x 2 to build load
Workout:
back squat x 3 @ 30x1
2-3 mins rest
4 sets
Tabata (6 rds ea)
hollow rocks
sledge slams
goblet lunges 50-60#/30-40#
squats
Post 3 rm and total of lowest # from ea rd for score
