A WOD IN THE PARK
Warm up: 400 m run; 3 x 8: split jumps, 1 arm swings , pvc good mornings, pvc pass thrus
Skill/focus: Box Jump
Warm up with a few jumps at lower heights
WOD
Box jump 1 rm (step into is permitted but must stand to full extension at top to count jump)
25 yd farmers carry* 70-90#/50-65#
15 kb swings 53#/35#
25 m bear crawl*
Partner AMRAP for 20 min alt rounds
*done in the “park”; each duo will grab their db’s and kb and wait at start line. At coach’s 3. 2. 1. Go! they must get all equipment to the “park” before beginning their rds.
Score is max box jump height and total partner # rds
