THE LONGEST HOLD

Warm up: 400 m run, 10 pass thrus, 10 windmills ea direction, 2 x front rack squat w/ pvc or light bar; shoulder mobility

Skill/focus:  Back Squat
Warm up and build weight then. . .

SWOD
2-3 attempts for a 1 rm back squat

DWOD
5, 1 leg burpees ea
max plank hold
5 rds for longest plank hold; no rest btwn rds
Post bs 1 rm and longest plank hold for score
