Running Tabata

Warm up:  2 x:  200 m run, 10 lunges (total), 8 sit ups, 6 push ups
Mobility:  1 min squat hold, 30 s ea straddle hold w/twist

Workout:
8 tabata intervals (4 ea)
db bench press 70%/60% bw
jump squats
rest 2 min

1 mile run for time
rest 2 min

8 tabata intervals (4 ea)
ring dips
renegade rows 30#/20# (1 on ea side counts as 1)
Post toal reps for both tabatas/mile time for score
