Warm up: 1 min of jump rope, 30 s on the left, 30 s on the right, 10 pass thrus, 10 single arm circles ea direction, should mobility foam roller
Skill/focus: Handstand Work & DB Push Press
5 - 10 min on holds, walking on hands or finding appropriate modification for hspu
1 x 5, 1 x 3 db pp warm up

*for the studs that need more than 100# db’s do a 5, 6 or 8 rm with them then

AMRAP for 12 min
*rx is single abmat women and floor for guys and head touches on all reps
