Skill/focus:  Handstand Work & DB Push Press
5 - 10 min on holds, walking on hands or finding appropriate modification for hspu
1 x 5, 1 x 3 db pp warm up

*for the studs that need more than 100# db’s do a 5, 6 or 8 rm with them then

15 sit ups
20 du’s
AMRAP for 12 min
*rx is single abmat women and floor for guys and head touches on all reps
Post pp 3 rm and # rds for score
