JUMPIN’ JAGUAR

Warm up: 2 min of jump rope; 2 x 10 box jumps, 20 partner mb chest pass, 10 band pull aparts

Skill/focus:  Bench Press & Deadlift
Progressive warm ups as needed prior to 1 rm attempts

WOD
2 attempts for a1 rm bench
2 attempts for a 1 rm deadlift

5 broad jumps-must make the distance (back and forth between 2 markers)
4 du's per jump (sub is du attempts)
AMRAP in 8 min
Post bench & deadlift 1 rm and # rds for score
