How do you get improve flexibility and ultimately your lifts, strength and overall performance? Work at it daily. Great job Mike!! I am seeing major improvements--all because of your efforts.
Foundations Classes: new clients & veterans--take advantage of these Group Foundations classes included in our monthly unlimited schedule. A shout out to several members on the vast improvements seen in their cleans today and other lifts/movements overall. They come to class regularly giving their all, making time in their busy schedules to get to Foundations classes and working on weaknesses a little after each workout.
It is difficult for those new and unfamiliar with the lifts to learn them in the open classes especially when the stopwatch is going. The coaches do their very best to work with everyone on their form but these lifts are technically complex and need to be learned in an instructional environment. Take time & make time and you will improve, decrease injury potential and get the results you desire.
