Max reps at 65% of 1rm

Max reps at 60%

Max reps at 55%

Between bench sets, max weighted pull-ups

Then

Increasing pull-up ladder

15 MB squat jumps (20/14)

3 pull-ups

15 MB SJ

6 pull-ups

15 MB SJ

9 pull-ups

And so on…
