Teams of 3-4

1st quarter:  push ups/squats/sit ups
2nd quarter:  tire flips/back ext/burpees
3rd quarter:  wall balls/pull ups/box jumps
4th quarter:  dips/ring rows/lunges

-4 quarters each with 3 exercises and 8 min of playing time
-2 min rest btwn quarters
-exercises cannot be used more than once until all are used to score
-only 2 teammates working at a time
-scoring:  7 pts for every 100 reps of ea exercise, 3pts for every 60-99 reps*
*if team of e 7 pts for every 75 reps, 3 pts for every 45 -74
