Skill: Bergeron Clean Complex

5 rounds of:

High Hang Clean, Above Knee Clean, Clean, Push Press, HHC, AKC, C, Push Jerk,

HHC, AKC, C, Split Jerk

That is ONE TOTAL ROUND. You do not put the bar down until you complete all movements.

Start light and increase weight each round.

Take rest as needed between rounds.

30 min time cap

Finisher: Max T2B in 3 minutes
