5 Minute Stations, Resting/Transition 2 Minutes Between Stations

Switch who holds/works however team wants. Cannot continue working until partner is “holding”.

Communicate!

Each team only needs 1 barbell. Different teams can “share” by staggering if equipment seems like an issue. Same goes for rowers, turf, boxes, KBs, all of the equipment basically.

There’s 5 stations, so we can accommodate for 50 people according to rowers (as everyone will be in pairs and each pair only needs 1 rower)

Station 1

Partner 1: Deadlift Hold 185#/125#

Partner 2: Toes to Bar sub  knee raises divided by 2 as score

Station 2

Partner 1: Front Rack Hold 185#/125#

Partner 2: American KB Swings 70#/53#

Station 3

Partner 1: Plank Hold

Partner 2: Cals on the Rower

Station 4

Partner 1: Wall Squat Hold

Partner 2: Box Jumps 30”/24”

Station 5

Partner 1: Overhead Plate Hold 45#/25# (Rubber)

Partner 2: Plate Push 45#/25# (Metal)
