Warm Up:  3x 10 pause jump squats, 10 pass thrus, 10 push ups


Skill Focus: Rope Climbs
Spend 10-15 mins working on the different progressions; challenge yourself and rest as needed between attempts.
Weighted, seated legless, legless, leg wrap, speed wrap, monkey grab, from the ground etc. . .

WOD:
Against a 2 min running clock. . .
Run 200 m
15 hand release push ups
max double unders in the time remaining

6 rds
rest 2 min btwn rds.

Score is max double unders (total of the 6 rds)
