Level 1:  use manageable weight even if it is an empty bar (emphasis is form/technique)

For total m’s run between the 2*Run in increments of 25 or 50 m for the shorter ones and increments of 100 or 200 for the others.  Your choice:  time will be called by the Coach’s whistle.  Each partner will be responsible for best guesstimating their distance.
