Skill Focus: Power Jerk (push jerk)
Review, warm up and build to a heavyish push jerk. . .

WOD:

3 power clean to overhead 135#/95# (no splitting)
6 push ups
9 box jumps 24”/20”
AMRAP in 12 min
Post # rds + reps for score

Martha has been coming almost eveyday for the last 5 months.  She has made amazing gains in strength, endurance, speed, power and is getting leaner and meaner:)  Looking good girl!
