Warm up:  200 m run; 2 x 10 split jumps, 5 inverted burpees, 10 band pull aparts

Skill/Strength:  Push Press
Warm up and take. . .

15-20 minutes to find a Push Press 5RM

WOD:  no "RX" today, go AHAP with your mb without compromising form on the slams (i.e. ball MUST be caught on the bounce)

800 m MB run
10 wall balls
10 ball slams
400 m MB run
20 wall balls
20 ball slams
200 m MB run
30 wall balls
30 ball slams

25 min time cap
Post 5RM and time for score
