Skill: Sprint trials

50 m sprint x 5 – 1 min rest between sprints

1:1 rest

WOD: Bear complex without dropping the bar: PC-FS-PP (cluster ok) to back rack/BS/behind shoulder press back to front rack = 1 completed round

(You can set the bar down between rounds)

5 min AMRAP @ 50% 1 RM PC

2 min rest

4 min AMRAP @ 55%

2 min rest

3 min AMRAP @ 60%

Score: slowest 50 m sprint and total completed rounds of bear complex
