Warm Up:  400 m run; 2 x 10 db front squats, 10 burpees, 10 kte

Mobility:  front rack, hips

Skill Focus: 1 1/4 Front Squats
10 x 1 -- 1 1/4 front squats @80% of 1rm front squat
90 seconds rest between sets, all 10 sets at 80%.

WOD:
12 minute AMRAP
25m flying burpees
10 toes-to-bar
Post wgt used for squat and #rds/reps for score
