How Low Can You Go?
Warm up: 400 m run, 10 iron crosses (total), 10 scorpions, 10 low lunges w/ foot flex, 1 min Russian babymaker
Skill/focus: Box Squat
1 x 5, 1 x 3 find appropriate height, lower is better if flexibility allows
Workout:
Box squat 10 x 2 (dynamic effort)
10 x 2 EMOM
prowler sprints arrow to arrow and back lo/hi
45 + 25 ea side for males
35 ea side for females
to scale, go in 2's
3 sprints per person or duo
Post height of box used for score
