10 Squat Clean (135/95)

50 DU

Then:

3 mins bar hang – collect total of three minutes hanging from rig. No L-sit necessary, but folks can add if they want. Want to work on grip strength and supporting body weight, pushing feet towards ground. If athletes are new and having trouble, using lower Rogue bars and allowing for support from ground is fine.

And congratulations Coach Melissa on breaking the ALL TIME WORLD RECORD with a 635 pound total! Melissa back squatted 205 lbs, benched 130 lbs and deadlifted 300 lbs!! Simply amazing.
