Partner WOD:

Four rounds each, 1:1, for time

20 wall balls 20/14

10 ball slams

10 balls to bar (partner may assist with ball placement between working athlete’s feet, T2B movement, but must bring ball to tap bar)

100m run with med ball

Post weight and team time
