Walk in the Park

Warm up:  Burgener 1 x 10 w/ pvc or light load

Skill/focus:  Power Snatch & Snatch

Workout:
400 m oh walk 95#/65# Rx+ 75#/115#

squat snatch every time you set the bar down
repeat rep scheme of 1/2/3/4/5/4/3/2/1
Score is time and # times bar is set down

NOTE:  There will be no 6 or 7 am class on Monday, January 2nd.  There will be an 8 and 9 am along with a 5:30 and 6:30 pm classes
