On the First Day of Christmas Mama Bear Gave to Me. . .

A holiday treat Jaguar style.  Perform the movements to the tune of “12 Days of Christmas” (i.e. 100 m run; 100 m run, 2 pc’s; 100 m run, 2 pc’s 3 ring dips; 100 m run, 2 pc’s, 3 ring dips, 4 db gto’s etc. . . ).
