Warm up:  400 m run, 2x:  10 jump squats, 10 close grip push ups

Skill/focus:  TGU/Pistol

Workout:
10 tgu 35#/25# (5 ea)
250 m run
20 hr push ups
250 m row
10 pistols (5 ea)
5 RFT

. . . and a loaded one at that.   And we all know how fast her pistols fire when she runs.

I was also impressed with the efforts of many others--veterans and especially those just being introduced to both tgu's and one legged squats all in the same wod.  Good job everyone!
