Warm Up:  200 m run, 1 turf shuttle, hip ins & outs, 8 walkout push ups, 8 pull ups or ring rows, 8 hs kick ups, 8 pvc/light bar muscle snatches, 8 ohs, 8 full snatches


Skill Focus:  Overhead Squat
Warm up to 60% and. . .

6 x 4 overhead squats, 1st set at 60% of 1rm overhead squat, increase weight ea set

WOD:
"Death by Burpee"
EMOM perform 1 burpee, increasing by one rep each minute
WOD ends when athlete is caught by clock.
Post highest ohs weight and highest minute# of burpees for score
