Skill: Tabata of free-standing handstand hold

**Note: I don’t expect anyone to complete all the rounds RX whatsoever; 2 on, 1 off is ideal if someone is super good at free-standing

Subs are: handstand holds against a wall, wall walk into handstand hold against wall, heavy overhead plate carry/dumbbell carry

WOD:

5 Deadlifts 300#/205# **yes, very heavy, scale accordingly**

10 C2B Pull Ups (sub pull-ups/20 ring rows/NO low rogue bars for today)
