Warm Up:  Squat Therapy 10 min EMOM of 30 s on, 30 s off of wall, goblet, bar or pole

Skill:  1 1/4 Front Squats
Start light.  Squat to bottom, come back up to just above parallel, return to the bottom of the squat and drive up to the top

1 1/4 Front Squats 3. 3. 2. 2. 1

WOD:

Tabata mash up #1 for 4 minutes
-L sit (parallettes, dip station, rings)
-Plank up downs1 min rest

Tabata mash up #2
-sit ups
-back extentions

Post squat weight and smiley face for tabata completion
