*for every set not completed, athlete will add 25m to WOD buy-out


Scaling:

-50 Double Unders/100 Single-Unders


WOD

Every 90 seconds until failure


7 KB Swings 53/35


7 Goblet Squats 53/35


7 Box Jumps 24/20


*at failure, rest 2 minutes


Buy-Out: 50m Plate-Push 45/25 (plus any added distance from the Skill Focus)


 

*Buy-out is done once the athlete fails to complete all 21 reps and has rested 2 minutes


*All 21 reps are to be completed within the 90 seconds for the round to count


Scaling:

-Athletes may scale KB weight and Box Jump height


-NO STEP-UPS ALLOWED


EXTRA CREDIT:

EMOM 10 minutes
