“CrossFit Basketball”

Teams of 4, score is total number of made “baskets”

Each team will have a “basket” or upside down plyo box set 15 feet away. One teammate attempts to throw a medball into the basket. Teammates A and B perform 1 burpee per miss. Shooting teammate must wait for partners to be in handstand and squat holds before shooting.

WOD:
30 minute AMRAP

Partner A- Max underhanded medball tosses 20/14

Partners B- Rebounds

Partner C- Handstand hold

Partner D- Squat hold
