Warm up: 10 pvc pass thrus, 20 squats; 2 x 10 ball slams, ball shrugs, pvc good mornings; Burgener warm up x 10 w/ pvc

Mobility:  shoulder on floor thoracic area, low lateral squat, figure 4

Skill Focus: The Snatch & Variations
15 – 20 min to warm up and build to a. . .

Snatch 1 rm  Level 3
Power Snatch 1 rm Level 2
PS, HPS or even PC Level 1

Bar Complex WOD:  All levels

Deadlift
High pull
Lift
Squat x 5
Rest 1 min
3 RFT

Subract 3 min from total time for rest.
Post lift &1rm and time for score
