Odd minutes – 5 strict pull-ups

Even minutes – 5 strict HSPU

*Scaling: Rogue bars for pull-ups, three CONTROLLED negatives for HSPU. (If they cannot maintain control, 5 strict DB press at challenging weight.)

Then

10 min E2MOM (five total rounds):

7 Power snatch (95/65)

8 Push Press

9 Front Squats
