Warm up: 300 m row; 10 pvc pass thrus, windmills, good mornings, ohs, deficit dl's; 10 banded dislocates, 10 bnd gm's, 10 push ups, 10 ring rows, 1o squats, 10 split jumps, 10 sit ups

Mobility:  Posterior Chain & shoulders

Skill Focus: Deficit Deadlift & Deadlift
Warm up and build to a. . .

Levels 2 & 3:  4" deficit deadlift 5 RM; 1 x max reps @80% of 5RM
Level 1:  deadlift 5RM; 1 x max reps @80% of 5RM

Level 3
50 ball slams 40#/30#
50 T2B
50 supine ring pull ups

Level 2
50 ball slams 20#/14#
50 T2B or KTE
50 ring rows

Level 1
50 ball slams
50 knee raises
50 ring rows
The reps can be broken up into any amount of sets and reps
Post 5RM, #reps and time for score
