Skill:  Close Grip Bench Press
Warm up and build to a. . .


Close Grip Bench Press 3 RM
and then. . .

3 x 10 neutral DB press
build to the heaviest set of 10 reps

WOD:


15 du’s
5 rev wall climbs + push up
AMRAP in 9 mins

Post cgbp 3rm and # rds + reps for score
