Teams of 2 -- Buddy Up wod. . .

100 m buddy carry or wheelbarrow
90 tire pulls/squat hold (while 1 person pulls tire**, the other person is in a
squat hold, switch when someone gets tired)
80 du’s each or 240 singles ea
70 push ups/planks (while 1 person does push ups, the other person is in a
plank hold, switch when needed)
60 sledge slams
50 m prowler push together set up w/ different weights***
40 box jumps
30 ball slams
20 mb get ups ea
10 burpees ea
