Chainsaw Massacre

Warm up:  400 m run, 15 pass thrus, 15 ring rows, 15 push ups

Skill/focus:  Bench Press 1 x 8, 1 x 5, 1 x 3  Chainsaw row 1 x 5, 1 x 3

WOD
Bench press 4.l 4. 3. 2
Chainsaw row x 6 ea ahap
rest 2-3 min btwn sets

60 s swings 53#/35#
60 s burpees
60 s rest
4 rds for max reps
Post 2 rm and rept for score

Goal:  An observable and measurable end result having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more less fixed timeframe
