Well we might have missed the pre wedding celebration (totally my bad) but we're not going to miss the 1st month anniversary. . .

. . . one month of wedded bliss?

Warm up: 300 m row; 50 mtn clmbrs; 2 x 15 sit ups, 10 squats and 5 push ups

Skill Focus: “Marriage” (or any partnership for that matter) can be a lot like a card game, you’ve never quite sure of the outcome or what you may be dealt and you must work together through both good and bad times.  Since we missed a pre wedding wod, today we celebrate their 1 month anniversary with this workout.  Enjoy!

Teams of 2:

Coach is dealer; passes out 1 card to each “couple”, they perform the given tasks then take another card and continue for the duration of the game.  AMRAP in 25 min.

Spades:  partner front squat
Diamonds: partner push ups
Clubs:  partner medicine ball sit ups
Hearts:  10 m burpee ball pass
Joker:  600 m row alternating every 150 m

The reps are the number of the card for each. Face cards are 10 reps. 1 rd is considered completing the given # reps or task per card. Post total for score.
