Warm up:  2x:  200 m run, 10 ball shrugs, 10 walking lunges ea leg; 2 x 30 s squat hold w/ chest up

Skill/focus:  Sumo Deadlift
1 x 8, 1 x 5

Workout:
Sumo deadlift 5. 5. 5

3 squat cleand and jerk 155#/110#
6 box jumps 30"/24"
9 kte
5 RFT
Post 5 rm and time for score

Calling all CF Jaguar Chefs and CF Jaguar Primal Eaters. . .

As you know we have had some spectcular dishes brought to our many challenge celebrations and other events; we have some amazing chefs in our family.  Well, talk is cheap and action rules.  Myself, Lindsay (publishing) and Cynthia (graphic design) are putting together a Jaguar members cookbook!  You may submit as many recipes as you like and they will be grouped in the book under your name.


Submissions Format:  the recipe format has been emailed to you.  Include a high resolution photo (jpeg) of yourself and recipes photos are desired but not required (same format).  If you did not receive please let me know.

Requests:  Anyone try an awesome dish at one of the challenge celebrations and would like to see it included in our cookbook?  Please post your special request on the CF Jaguar Swimsuit Challenge group, CF Jaguar FB page or send it to the person that made it asking that they submit it.
