FRONT SQUAT 2 RM

Warm up: 20 pass thrus, 10 burpees, 90 s front squat hold w/ pvc and a 10 burpee penalty for all for everytime someone comes out of it; 5 min of foam rolling

Skill Focus: Front Squat
Warm up as needed and 2 or 3 attempts for a . . .

WOD:

5 strict pull ups (weighted if easy, negatives if not capable)
7 snatches ea side 53#/35#
10 thrusters 115/75
200 m run
4 RFT
