Warm up:  2 min jumprope, 10 walking lunges, 10 wall balls, 10 push ups, 10 burpees

Skill/focus:  Box Squats
3-4 warm up sets, emphasizing form and adjusting to a smaller box

Workout:
12 min EMOM  2 reps @ 60% of 1 rm back squat

500 m row
30 ring dips
30 swings 55#/35#
30 squats
30 double unders
for time
