Back At It
Warm up: 200 m run, 200 m backwards run, 10 lunges ea leg, 10 mtn climbers, 10 pvc ohs
Skill/focus: Back Squat

5 back squat @80%

I don't watch much TV -- at all but last night's 60 minutes really caught my ears and eyes. It appears that a few geniuses in the medical community are finally figuring out what is at the root of the obesity and metabolic syndrome crises in this country. Too many refined carbohydrates, mainly sugars. Really? They are just now figuring that out? We here in the Primal community have known that for years. Guess it was a secret. Is Sugar Toxic? Duh. . . I didn't realize it took a rocket scientist to figure this out but apparantly it does.
