Skill Focus: Bench Press & Strict Pull ups

WOD:  Lynne

Max reps bw bench/70% for women
Max reps strict pull ups
5 rds for max reps
Rest as needed between rds (3-5 min)
*the goal of this workout is not to go as fast as possible but to maximize the # of reps you do which is accomplished by resting

Can’t do bw?  Then 75-50% reps ea set should be a minimum of 10
Score is total reps
