Warm up:  400 m run; Burgener

Skill Focus: Snatch Balance
Spend 20-25 min working on snatch balance form & technique
Those that have good technique can find a 1 or 3 rm

10 ohs

 "My 2 day competition RAID Games will be LIVE streamed via www.sicfit.com. Starting with a LIVE Press Conference with a some the athletes there (INCLUD...ING ME ;0) ) Beginning 10am.
