Skill Focus: Snatch Balance
Spend 20-25 min working on snatch balance form & technique
Those that have good technique can find a 1 or 3 rm

"My 2 day competition RAID Games will be LIVE streamed via www.sicfit.com. Starting with a LIVE Press Conference with a some the athletes there (INCLUD...ING ME ;0) ) Beginning 10am. Coverage of the meet will begin around 2:15 but I will not be competing until later that evening after 6 tentatively. Once I find out my heat time I will let you guys know for both days so you can catch some of the action online!!! If you have never seen a Crossfit comp in action then HERE IS YOUR CHANCE!!!!
