Warm up: 10 lunges ea, 10 mtn clmbrs ea leg, 10 ring rows, 2 rds world's greatest stretch
Skill/focus: Back Squat

back squat x 4-6 (if you can get 6 go up in weight)

weighted dead hang pull up x 2-3
