SNATCH WORK

Warm up: foam roll /band mob (hips & shoulders); 400 m run/row; 2 x: 5 push ups, 10 squats, 15 sit ups; 10 pvc pass thrus, 10 pvs hollow rocks

Skill Focus: Snatch Practice:
Emphasis is on technique and form
Work on:  snatch (adv), power snatch or hang power snatch w/ appropriate load for the individual

WOD:
15 min EMOM 115#/75#

1 power snatch or hps + 1 bar over burpee the 1st min
2 ps or hps + 2 bar over burpees the 2nd min
. . .
15 ps or hps + 15 bar over burpees the 15th min
If you fail to complete the given reps within the min you must take the next minute off and start over with that number
Score is highest number completed
