Back Squat 3.3.3.3.3

start at a low % and build to a heavy 3

2 minutes to find partners/racks/set-up/light warm ups

20 minutes to build with 2.5-3 minutes rest between heavy sets

WOD:

3 Snatches (full) 115#/75#

6 T2B

9 Heavy ball slams 35-50#/20-30# (Slam balls-catch on the bounce for RX)

12 min AMRAP

Score: Heaviest back squat triple/rounds + reps
